Folder with no name and shortcuts that won't start on doubleclick
On boot I start Prog1. Then after 60 seconds Prog1 calls CreateProcess for Prog2. That seems to work. Both programs are running. But previously I had tried this approach where Prog1 waited 1 second before calling CreateProcess for Prog2 that did not work, Prog2 does not start if I only wait 1 second or less.

AV icon does not start program

I know how to change the STARTUP group int he start menu, tha is not what I am refeerring to. When I try to start any application, be it Windows Explorer, Notepad, Task Manager, cmd or anything, it just will not start. For example, I try to start cmd. After starting it, nothing happens. I can see the process running in the Task Manager using a remote program and I can see the cmd process running.
